BREAKING: GREG AND DANIELLE PARKER TRIAL RESCHEDULED AS FEDERAL CASE MOVES FORWARD

CLEVELAND, OHIO — The federal criminal case against real estate personalities Greg Parker and Danielle Parker has taken another turn, with their previously scheduled October trial now rescheduled and a new pretrial conference set for November.

According to information provided through the U.S. Department of Justice Victim Notification System, the trial that had been scheduled to begin October 5, 2026 at 8:30 AM in federal court in Cleveland has been rescheduled by the court.

A pretrial conference is now scheduled for November 16, 2026 at 9:00 AM and is expected to be held telephonically before U.S. District Judge Donald C. Nugent.

The DOJ victim notification identifies the defendants as Greg Parker and Danielle Parker and lists the federal court docket as 26 CR 00200.

FEDERAL CHARGES HAVE BEEN FILED

The DOJ Victim Notification System states that charges have been filed against both Greg and Danielle Parker.

The notice categorizes the main charge as “Other Investment Fraud.”

The notification also makes clear that both defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

That distinction is important. A federal charge is an accusation. It is not a conviction.

But the latest notification confirms that the criminal prosecution is moving through the federal court system, even though the previously scheduled October trial will not begin as planned.

VICTIMS ARE BEING OFFICIALLY NOTIFIED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE

One of the most significant details in the documents is that the Department of Justice is communicating directly with people identified by law enforcement as victims or potential victims of the investigation.

A DOJ notice dated September 1, 2026 states:

“I am contacting you because you were identified by law enforcement as a victim or potential victim during the investigation…”

The notice concerns United States v. Greg Parker and Danielle Parker.

This matters because these aren’t simply allegations circulating on social media.

The screenshots show communications through the federal government’s Victim Notification System concerning an active criminal prosecution.

COULD THERE BE A PLEA BEFORE TRIAL?

There is another section of the DOJ notification that deserves attention.

The government advises victims that many federal criminal cases are resolved through plea agreements and states that it is not unusual for a defendant to negotiate a plea agreement shortly before trial.

The DOJ notice also tells victims they have the right to communicate their views regarding potential plea agreements to prosecutors.

That does not mean Greg Parker or Danielle Parker have agreed to plead guilty.

There is no evidence in the documents provided here establishing that either defendant has entered into a plea agreement.

But with the October trial now rescheduled and another pretrial conference scheduled for November, the case remains one to watch closely.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

The next currently identified proceeding is:

Pretrial Conference
November 16, 2026
9:00 AM
Before Judge Donald C. Nugent
Expected to be held telephonically

The Department of Justice says its Victim Notification System will continue providing victims with updates regarding court scheduling and case events.

For the people who say they lost money and have been waiting for the federal justice system to address what happened, the case isn’t over.

The October trial date may be gone, but the federal case against Greg and Danielle Parker is still moving forward.

And the next major date is now November 16.
